A student planning to withdraw from the Seminary must report that fact, in
writing, to the Registrar. The student is responsible for unpaid bills to the
Seminary, and completing an exit interview if he/she took out any loans
(including possibly paying back a portion of the loan per the federal
guidelines). A student will be considered withdrawn if he/she has not enrolled
for any semester of the academic year.
A student who desires to return to the Seminary within one academic year must
notify the Registrar in writing, stating the desired date of re-entrance and
program. If a student has withdrawn for one or more academic years, he/she must
submit a new application and ecclesiastical reference to the Office of
Admissions along with the current application fees. After reviewing the
application and reference for readmission, the Seminary will notify the
applicant in writing about his/her status.
Students returning to WSC after an absence of one year or more re-enter their
programs under the curricula and graduation requirements stated in the current
catalogue.
