With the Reformers, we cry, "Sola scriptura," acknowledging
that Scripture alone is our authority over the life of
faith. As students prepare for both ecclesiastical and
secular vocations, we believe there is no better foundation
than a thorough knowledge of God's Word. At Westminster
Seminary California, the study of the Scripture is founded
upon an understanding of the biblical languages, Greek and
Hebrew, equipping graduates with the tools to study the
Bible in the language of its authors, thus enhancing their
ability to properly exegete and apply the Word of God.

"When I think of Westminster Seminary California, I think of the depths we were
encouraged to mine with the guidance of our godly and scholarly professors. With daily fellowship,
quick-witted debate and very dodgy student association coffee, serious study has never been so much fun.
It was a privilege to be a part of WSC. If you want a curriculum that is solidly Reformed, academically
rich yet wonderfully practical for so many paths, you'll choose Westminster Seminary California. I can never
be more thankful that I made that choice."
