The Annual Strimple Classic was held on May 19, 2007.
The Classic celebrates the end of the school year with a game of
softball, a BBQ picnic dinner, and a time to relax with members of
the Seminary community.This event is named after
Dr. Robert B. Strimple,
President Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of Systematic Theology.
Dr. Strimple was instrumental in establishing the Seminary; he moved
to California in 1979 to serve as the founding dean and first
president of Westminster Seminary California. Dr. Strimple retired
in 2001 after 41 years of teaching.
