Dr. Benton lectured on "Critical Aspects of the Pastor’s Life: Pastoring, Planning and Parenting."

Dr. Benton lectured on Tuesday and Wednesday, while on Thursday Mrs. Benton addressed the group, including 26 prospective students who were a part of Seminary for a Day. Mrs. Benton covered the “Parenting” section of the three-part lecture, give a helpful perspective to M.Div. students.

The Seminary welcomed Dr. and Mrs. Benton by holding a reception with the faculty. An additional pizza lunch, sponsored by the Student Association, provided the opportunity for a question and answer time with the students.

This special lecture series is sponsored by the friends of Bob and Nellie den Dulk for the purpose of bringing an experienced minister on campus to provide wisdom and insight to WSC M.Div. students. The lectures are open to the public, including pastors from the local area.
