Westminster Seminary California celebrated its 42nd Annual Commencement on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Escondido United Reformed Church, CA.

The commencement speaker was Rev. David W. Hall, Ph.D., Senior Pastor at Midway Presbyterian Church in Powder Springs, Georgia. Dr. Hall is also a Trustee of Westminster Seminary California.
