Westminster Seminary California invites applications for the position of Director of Admissions & Alumni Relations. Westminster Seminary California (WSC) seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our new student recruitment efforts to attract qualified seminarians to meet WSC’s enrollment goals. Under the supervision of the Academic Dean, the new Director of Admissions & Alumni Relations will direct institutional efforts in recruitment, admissions marketing and advertising, financial aid, housing placement, vocational pathways for graduates, and alumni affairs. The Director will collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission of the Seminary and represent WSC at various conferences, recruitment, and alumni events.

This Director role involves leadership and service, storytelling and relationship building, strategy and analysis, and other special tasks that serve WSC as a Christian institution that seeks to glorify Christ, teach his gospel, and serve his church through graduate theological education.

Admissions Counselor

Westminster Seminary California seeks a dynamic professional to serve as an Admissions Counselor on the Enrollment Team. Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions & Alumni Relations, the Admissions Counselor is a customer service position that supports the seminary’s recruitment efforts by serving as a crucial point of contact for prospective students throughout the admissions process. As an ambassador for WSC’s mission of education and formation, the Admissions Counselor will help prospective students gain an understanding of the seminary’s theological distinctives, academic degree programs, financial aid and housing opportunities, and the logistics of relocation at the beginning of studies. Admissions Counselors work with the entire Enrollment Management team (i.e. the Academic Dean, Director of Admissions & Alumni Relations, Senior Enrollment Specialist, Dean of Students, and Registrar) to maximize student enrollment objectives.
