Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
We want you to be happy with your order, though, and we will make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number, a clear photo of the item/problem, and a brief description of the issue.
For an incorrect item, please also include a photo of the item and its packing slip, if available.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, as appropriate.
You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes, incorrectly ordered/selected colors, or changes of mind.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we encourage you to review the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to have the order reshipped.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
