G. K. Beale to Speak at WSA Convocation

G. K. Beale will be presenting a three-part series on the biblical theology of the temple for the Westminster Student Association's spring convocation this week, March 17-18. 

His lectures, which will take place during the two-day convocation schedule, will cover address Christ's righteousness and role as King-Priest and its roots in the Old Testament.

Lecture 1 – March 17 – 10 a.m.
Union with Christ and the Adamic Clothing of Colossians 3:9-10

Lecture 2 – March 17 – 6 p.m.
Christ's Righteousness in Romans 5:15-19 and its Background in Genesis 1-3

Lecture 3 – March 18 – 10 a.m. 
The Old Testament Background for Jesus as a Representative King-Priest (Gen. 1-3; Dan. 7; 1 Pet. 2:4-10; Rev. 1)

Beale is currently a Professor of New Testament and Biblical Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He is a biblical scholar and an ordained minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
